<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer enabling realizing the erasion and writing of a program by unnecessitating the incorporation of program execution possible RAM or providing an external memory. SOLUTION: The microcomputer is provided with EEPROM 2 being erasion and writing possible, ROM 3 storing the program which indicates writing procedure and CPU 5. The microcomputer which is erasing and writing execution possible by an erasion and writing control program inside EEPROM (called as a boot program) and the program inside ROM is provided with a mode which is selected by an address for performing access to the both programs of EEPROM and ROM when EEPROM is rewritten in the microcomputer and which is execution possible by CPU.</p> |
