PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately indicate a detected position and, at the same time, to make displaying operation easier by directly indicating the detected position of a box on the rear surface of a wall by means of a sensor section by means of an indicating means provided immediately above a sensor section while the sensor section detects the part to be detected of the box. SOLUTION: First sections to be detected are formed on a box B1 by respectively sticking metallic foil F to the upper and lower end sections of the box B1 in the transversal direction and a second section to be detected is formed on the main body 1 of the box B1 by protruding a cylindrical body 3 in a state where the body 3 is faced to the opening 4 of the box B1 and burying a magnet M2 in the top of the body 3. The position of the box B1 is roughly detected by detecting the positions of the first sections to be detected by moving the metal sensor S1 of a box detector A2 closely to the surface of a wall. After this rough detection, the position of the second section to be detected is detected by moving the magnetic sensor S2 in the vertical and lateral directions. When the main body of the detector A2 is pressed against the wall W as it is upon detecting the second section to be detected, a projecting body 14 provided immediately above the sensor S2 is thrust into the wall W and marks the position of the magnet M2 on the rear side of the wall W on the front surface of the wall W. |
