摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of cost by reducing the number of parts and seeking the capability for light weight, smaller size, and high torque in a deenergisation operation type including a field core storing current-carrying cove, an armature a attached slidingly by coil spring, disc and side plate electromagnetic brake. SOLUTION: The brake is constituted by fixing a plurality of cylindrical pistons 21 onto a field core 1 by press fit, screwing, welding and the like, inserting an armature 4 and a side plate 7 having a disc 5 inserted between them, press fitting a ball 22 into the inner bore of the cylindrical pin 21, and fixing the free end of the cylindrical pin 21 to the side plate 7. In this case, the brake is formed in a manner that a second pin such as spring pin, a parallel pin and the like can be used instead of the ball 22 and a spring pin, a cylindrical pin with taper part and slit, and pin with wedge grooves instead of the cylindrical pin 21.</p>
