PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation port having a hood capable of preventing rain water from entering a ventilation hole arranged at a building wall even under a bad weather condition. SOLUTION: A main body 1 of a ventilation port is composed of an outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 6 acting as cylinders forming an aeration passage and a substantial semi-spherical hood 11. The hood 11 is integrally formed with a flange 8 of the cylinder so as to cover an outdoor side opening of the cylinder from above. An air hole 12 is passed through and formed at a substantial central part of the hood 11. Owing to this arrangement, even if rain and wind are blown into the hood 11 along with strong wind blown up from lower side along a building wall, they are discharged through the air hole 12 and then they are prevented from entering into the cylinder. |
