<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image of the business card or the like of a visitor and a message on the screen of the terminal equipment of a visiting destination in the case that the opposite party of the visiting destination is absent and can not answer an extension line call. SOLUTION: A department name, an employee name and a telephone number, etc., are displayed at a display part 3, the touched position of the screen is discriminated in a discrimination part 6, the pertinent telephone number is dialed and called by a communication equipment 8, a telephone set 10 is called through a PBX 9 and communication is performed with a voice input/output part 13. Timing is started in a timer part 11 corresponding to dial call origination, and in the case that the telephone set is not off-hooked even when required time elapses, calling is stopped, absence is displayed at the display part, the image of the mounted business card or the like is read in an image read part 12 and a message example is displayed at the display part based on data from an image data storage part 2. The data of a specified message are read from the image data storage part 2, inputted to an image/ message processing part 15 along with the data from the image read part 12, signal- processed and sent out from a transmission part 16 to a terminal display part 17 and the image of the business card or the like and the message are displayed.</p> |
