<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure for a resistor and an external terminal in a variable resistor, in which sufficient electrical contact continuity is secured even under an environment of high-temperature heat generation and excessive vibration, without rize in cost by easily using low-cost parts and further without changing constitution of a conventional variable resistor. SOLUTION: A variable resistor 10 is constituted by housing a sliding body, provided with a sliding electrode 51 connected to an external terminal and a resistance element, acting as a body to be slid. In a fastening structure for the resistor and the external terminal in the variable resistor 10, an elastic washer 1 is put between a head part of a caulking pin 40 and a terminal coating part. In the outer diameter of the elastic washer, the size larger than the outer diameter of the head part of the caulking pin 40 is preferably, and furthermore, in the elastic washer, a waveform washer 1 of waveform-shape is preferable.</p> |
