摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Fe-Cr-Co based tubular magnet having high dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength by employing a structure where the start at curl face is fitted to the end of curl face on the development and specifying the outside diameter, the length and the plate thickness after heat treatment. SOLUTION: The Fe-Cr-Co based magnet is produced as a hoop-like coil material. A coil piece fixed with a fitting face in the curling direction on the development is assembled while curling by press fitting the start-of-winding face to the end face during final curling process while restricting with a jig such that the dimensional accuracy is sustained in the die. Consequently, a curled tubular magnet having a fitted structure combining an ellipse and a circle of 2-60mm length×5-60mm outside diameter×0.05-5mm thickness 15 obtained. The magnet having a fitted structure is subjected to solubilization in vacuum furnace and controlled cooling heat treatment.
