PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-molding device of a motor and a molding method, which can attain cost reduction of parts and simplification of manufacturing process, and improve performance of the motor by reducing the inertia of a rotor. SOLUTION: By resin-molding a coil 8 of a rotor 3 in such a condition as the end part of the coil 8 is pressed inwards in a radial direction, using a metal mold whose inner diameter of a part corresponds to the end part of the coil 8 when closed, is smaller than the outer diameter of a core 4 the fixing a coil 8 in a core slot without using a wedge becomes easy. As compared with a conventional system which prevents a coil from coming out by a conventional wedge, it is thus possible to reduce the number of parts and omit an inserting work into a core slot for cost reduction of parts and simplification of manufacturing process. The diameter of the end part of the coil 8 can be formed, so as to be small and resin of the part can be reduced, so that it is possible to reduce the inertia of the rotor 3 for improving the performance of a motor. |
