PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a moving stereoscopic picture further in reality by displaying a stereoscopic picture at a three-dimensional display device based on a picture for a right eye and a picture for a left eye. SOLUTION: A polygon information generating part 2 generates polygon information for a right eye and polygon information for a left eye based on information from a CPU 1. A first plotting means 3 generates picture information for a left eye based on the polygon information for a left eye generated by the polygon information generating part 2. A second plotting means 4 generates picture information for a right eye based on the polygon information for a right eye generated by the polygon information generating part 2. A lookup table 5 converts the picture information for the left eye generated by the first plotting means 3 and the picture information for the right eye generated by the second plotting means 4 into an RGB signal. A D/A converter 6 converts the output of the lookup table 5 into an analog signal. A display device 7 displays a picture based on the output of the D/A converter 6.
