PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constant predictive accuracy regardless of the skill of operator when setting a paremeter. SOLUTION: Time sequential data outputted from a data input part 1 and the combination value of delay time τ and embedding dimension (n) generated by a parameter combination generating part 2 are inputted to an n-dimensional reconstituted space inner orbit generating part 3. At the n-dimensional reconstituted space inner orbit generating part 3, an orbit is generated. This orbit generated by the n-dimensional reconstituted space inner orbit generating part 3 is inputted to an orbit dispersion evaluating part 4, the dispersion of the orbit is evaluated at this part 4 and the result is stored in a preservation part 5 together with parameters. The combination of best parameters in the evaluation stored in the preservation part 5 is outputted from a data output part 6. |
