PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling of a sticking part in a sticking type optical disk for sticking a substrate having a recording layer with a dummy disk without having the recording layer. SOLUTION: The sticking type optical disk is constituted to manufacture a substitute 1 of polycarbonate resin formed with rugged recording pits on one side and to form a reflection film 2 on the surface on which the recording pits are formed by the injection molding. The reflection films 2 are formed of single layers of Al, Au, etc., in the ROM type disk and are formed of multilayer films in the recordable RAM type disk. A protective layer 3 consisting of an acrylic ultraviolet curing resin is formed on the reflection film 2 for the purpose of preventing the corrosion of the reflection film 2. In the similar manner with the substrate 1, the polycarbonate resin is manufactured by the injection molding as the dummy disk 5 not formed with the recording pits and is stuck by using an epoxy adhesive to form the optical disk 6. At this time, the whole region of dummy disk 5 to be coated with the adhesive is roughened, thereby improving the adhesive property. |
