<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector which can be applied to various shapes of wire harnesses by a method wherein the respective inner side wall parts and respective outer side wall parts of a pair of protector main parts are coupled with each other and linking plate side wall parts are kept inside to form an approximately L-shaped protector. SOLUTION: Protector main parts 21 and 22 are connected to each other with a linking plate 26 provided between the wall parts 23 of the respective protector main parts 21 and 22 with hinges 27 therebetween. The respective protector main parts 21 and 22 have inner side wall parts 25 rising from the inner sides of L-shaped bent parts of the respective wall parts 23 and outer side wall parts 24 rising from L-shaped bent parts without hinge coupling and are formed into an L-shape and a reverse-L shape. The wall parts 23 of the respective protector main parts 21 and 22 are made to face each other by bending at the hinges 27 and the linking plate 26 is used as a part of the protector side wall part and, further, the side wall part 29 of the linking plate 26 is kept inside an outer side wall part 24. With this constitution, a protector which can be applied to various shapes of wire harnesses and assembly man-hours can be saved.</p> |
