HEAVY PART-BUILT-IN ELECTRONIC UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit which is able to prevent any connection failure and any functional depression brought about by heat when mounted in automotive vehicles or the like creating well vibrating conditions. SOLUTION: A unit 1 is so arranged that a heavy part 3 is finally disposed on a printed board 2 together with electronic elements 9 within a housing 25. When the heavy part 3 is insert-molded integrally with a cover 24, a heat isolation wall 13 is provided to surround the heavy part 3, along with a radiator fin 23 reaching the exterior surface of the cover 24. The terminals of the heavy part 3 are electronically connected to solder-builtup portions 10 on the reverse side of the printed board 2.
