<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely input related information in a position on a screen with satisfactory operability. SOLUTION: A HMD(head mounting display) 1 is provided with a glass-like holding frame 2 to be installed on the head of a user. LCD panels 5L and 5R for displaying a picture are provided in positions facing the right and left eyes of the user in the holding frame 2. Eye detectors 6L and 6R for detecting the line of sight in the right and left eyes of the user are provided at the lower sides of the LCD panels 5L and 5R. A controller for controlling the HMD 1 decides the positions of viewpoints on the screen based on signals from the eye detectors 6L and 6R and outputs information on the positions of the viewpoints.</p> |
