<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and thin shield box structure applicable to an intricate curved surface by forming a metal film, in a specified pattern, on the surface of a housing made of a resin. SOLUTION: Shield boxes 1, 2 are produced and a plated part and an unplated part are formed on the inner and outer surfaces thereof. A metal film is then formed, in a specified pattern, on the surface of the shield box 1 thus forming an electric circuit 1a and a key switch part 1b on the surface of the shield box 1. A liquid crystal display unit 6, a receiver 7 and a speaker 8 are soldered directly to the shield box 1 or 2. According to the structure, flexible printed wiring board can be reduced and assembling performance of the shield boxes 1, 2 can be enhanced while decreasing the number of components resulting in highly reliable inexpensive shield boxes 1, 2.</p> |
