摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection sensitivity of partial discharge by a method wherein a lead wire drawn out of a metal flange is provided and an insulating layer made of insulating material whose specific inductive capacity is smaller than that of resin is provided between an electrode and the metal flange. SOLUTION: An electrode 10 is buried in the molding resin 4 of an insulating spacer 1a on the coaxial circle of a bus-bar 100. An insulating layer 5 made of insulating material whose specific inductive capacity is smaller than that of the molding resin 4 is provided so as to be surrounded by the electrode 10 on its inner circumference side, by a metal flange 9 on its outer circumference side and by the molding resin 4 on its side surfaces. A lead wire 6 connected to the electrode 10 is drawn out while it is insulated from the metal flange 9 by an insulating part 8. With this constitution, even a very small potential fluctuation in a grounding metal vessel can be drawn out to the outside and partial discharge accompanied by a potential fluctuation can be detected even if the discharge level is very small.</p>
