摘要 |
<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data in response to a reception capability of a receiver side even in the data of transfer of data less than a product of delay band width by avoiding data transfer at a transmitter side from being blocked even when transfer of data is made at a high speed over a broad band. SOLUTION: A transmission terminal equipment 1 measures a confirmation reply reception time from a reception terminal equipment 2 with respect to a transmission packet from start of communication. Then a time adding a transmission interval of a rate control section 11 to a maximum difference to be measured for each confirmation reply reception time is estimated to be a worst time within which the reception terminal equipment 2 processes a reception packet and in the case that the transfer of data is blocked by a delay in a window notice, the transfer of data is controlled so that the data are transferred in a timing between a timing of the worst time interval and a timing of window noise which is earlier.</p> |
