PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money system which effectively prevents forgery and alteration of money data, a transaction information generating method and a recording medium. SOLUTION: An electronic money terminal 13 reads a scramble key that is stored on an electronic money card 15 and is created at the time of the last transaction and sends it together with a transaction request to an electronic money management center 11. The center 11 acquires a random number from a random number generator 21 and makes it a new scramble key in response it, and creates a transaction fluctuation key by combining it with a scramble key from the terminal 13. Next, the center 11 updates the balance of a user DB 22, stores the created transaction fluctuation key and returns the new scramble key, the transaction fluctuation key, transaction information, etc., to the terminal 13. The terminal 13 updates the balance on the card 15 and a scramble key, performs scramble processing of transaction information through the transaction fluctuation key and stores them on the card 15. |
