FDD BASE PROCESSING PRECISION MEASURING METHOD AND FDD BASE PROCESSING PRECISION MEASURING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly quickly precisely perform base processing precision measurement in FDD(Floppy Disk Drive) used for various personal computer equipment. SOLUTION: An image measuring device 1 image-measure an image pickup scope 2 constituted of a computer, an image capture board and a camera 4. An illuminator 3 is constituted of a reflection illumination device 5 and a transparent illumination device 8, and a FDD base 6 is illuminated. The FDD base 6 is constituted of aluminum die casting, and since a pseudo-inspection rod 9 is easily set, a magnet 7 is constituted of a permanent magnet. Linearity of a processed hole for a rotor 13 and a rod guide 10 can be imaged by the camera 4 in high resolution by setting a pseudo-inspection jig rod 9 on the rod guide 10 of the FDD base 6. The linearity of total three points of one point of the center of the processed hole for the rotor 13 and two points on the rod guide 10 can be highly quickly precisely measured with the camera 4 by image- measuring the image pickup scope 2 captured by the image measuring device 1.
