PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality sealing device that may be easily manufactured at lower costs, and a manufacturing method for the sealing device. SOLUTION: A sealing device comprises a metal ring 2, a metal ring 10 and a PTFE seal member 15 having a seal lip part 17, all of which are integrally assembled such that the ring 2 is fitted on the ring 10 so at to contact at its inner periphery 7 of its outer peripheral part 3 with the outer periphery 18 of the outer peripheral part 11 of the ring 10 while holding the seal member 15 between their flange parts 6 and 12. The obtained assembly is integrally coated with a rubber continuous coating part 20 having an axial end part 21, an outer periphery fitting part 22, a wall part 23, a seal lip part 24 and an airtight joint part 26. |
