The arrangement has a temp. sensor in the form of a transistor (Q1) or diode. At least one of the electrical connections of the temp. sensor is connected electrically and thermally to at least one electrical connection of the component (M1), which can be a MOSFET. The collector of the transistor can be connected electrically and thermally to the drain of the MOSFET. The collector of the transistor can be connected electrically and thermally to the drain of the MOSFET and the base of the transistor can be connected to the source of the MOSFET.
