The gas-turbine plant has a fuel line (1) including a series of three double-tube safety heat exchangers (2, 12, 17). The first one (2) is connected to the lubricating oil system (4) of the gas turbine plant. It heats the fuel and cools the oil. The second one (12) is connected to the condensate or steam system (13). The third one is connected to the exhaust manifold. If a heat exchanger leaks, the leakage first enters an intermediate cavity, where pressure builds up, operating a warning device (10) which show what is leaking. The heat exchanger continues operating.
