The anchorage element is positioned on the distal side (15) of the tibia platform (11). It consists of a U- or. C-shaped shield (12) with a distally pointing extension (13) in the area of the bridge (14). The side edges of the bridge-extension taper conically from the proximal to the distal end. The distal edge (16) and or side edges of the bridge-extension act as a cutter-blade. Pre-tensioning is produced while the tibia part is being implanted.
