Air compressing device 7 is driven by intermediate step of differential piston 2 and is provided with receiver 10. Control system 8 is programmable. Position pickups 9 are installed on actuator mechanism - wheel 12. Controlled valves are connected to system 8 through actuators. Controlled valves are installed at exhaust gas outlet from engine cylinder 13 and at delivery connection 14 and fuel supply connection 15 of cylinder and at outlet from hydraulic pump 16 and at outlet to hydraulic motor 17.
