FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device and method are intended for control of time from dispatch of freight to its delivery to consignee. Freight traffic of transported freights is recorded by controlling device with acceleration pickup. Measured values are memorized and sent into processing unit. Number of frequency spectra K is determined during duration T of cycle set for each case for specified number of corresponding measured values N. K frequency spectra are integrated. Integrated frequency spectra are entered into storage unit for storage. Invention provides for identification of shipping facilities used for transportation of freights, types of traffic and transportation occurrences.
