The device has an air flap furnished with sound-attenuating material. The device has an additional air flap (12) located inside the air circulating duct (11) in the vicinity of the fresh/circulated air flap (6). The opening and closing positions of the additional flap are adjusted in dependence upon the volume of air flow. The additional flap is electromechanically operated and moves depending upon fan RPM. The additional flap is made of air penetrable material.
