<p>Drug having a vasodilative effect and being efficacious in preventing and treating peripheral circulation disorder. These drugs contain as the active ingredinet 5-amino-N-cyano-N'-[2-(2-chlorophenyl)ethyl]-3-pyridinecarboximidamide or salts thereof and are useful as drugs having, in addition to the above effect, the effects of relieving hyperinsulinemia, impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance and visceral fat accumulation.</p> |
