The frame (3) is swivel-mounted on one side (4) of the rest-part (2). The frame and rest-part can be folded up and folded out and fixed by screws in either position for continuous adjustment of the tilt angle. The rest-part can be in the form of a grating, or tread-board, and may have a non-slip rubbery coating. The rest-part may contain an information holder (7). The frame has a bracket (11) acting as a carrying handle.
