METHOD FOR EXTRACTION OF OILS OF OIL-CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS

FIELD: oil and fat processing industry. SUBSTANCE: raw materials are degreased, the process is carried out by counterflow solvent. Thus obtained micelle are separated of solid particles, the process takes place by filtration through layer of material. Then settling and purification of micelle takes place. Raw material is irrigated by solvent, its quantity being 10-15 % of total amount which is fed for extraction. Irrigating takes place before contact of oil-containing material with counterflow solvent. Duration of extraction is 60-65 min. EFFECT: increased concentration of desired micelle; improved quality of desired oil; decreased mass content of deposit in it; improved efficiency of extractor. 3 tbla
