SUBSTANCE: device has ozone generator, vessel for ozonization of water, air pump and porous member for bubbling of ozone-air mixture. Ozone generator is made in the form of body of vessel for water ozonization and connected to negative terminal of high-voltage source, and high-potential electrode located in generator parallel to the surface of porous member and connected to positive terminal of high-voltage source.
