SUBSTANCE: line includes cutting-through machine tool with driven cutting-through apparatus having cutter unit for cutting-through and stretching blank of band or strip, mechanism for driving and adjusting positions of cutter sets of upper and lower shafts one relative to another in cutting-through apparatus, machine tool for stretching grid made in cutting through machine tool provided with stretching apparatus. EFFECT: enhanced mutual arrangement and design of separate units of line equipment, waste free production process, possibility of making grids with any desired shape of cells from rhombic until square ones, three-dimensional shaping of bridges restricting grid cells. 6 cl, 17 dwg
