摘要 959,887. Percussve drills. ATLAS COPCO A.B. April 26, 1963 [May 3, 1962], No. 16565/63. Heading B4C. A drill rig, Figs. 1 and 2, for percussive drilling of rock comprises a strut 51, 58, means such as a double-acting hydraulic jack 61, for extending and clamping the strut in position between abutments, a frame 20 pivotally mounted by elements 25 on the strut, a drilling apparatus 39 carried by the outer end of the frame and means, such as a double-acting power jack 61, for selectively positioning the frame about its pivot elements 25. As shown, a second frame 21 pivots at 251 on the frame 20 and is moved to a selected position by a jack 31 operating between a bracket 28 aounted on the frame 21 and a bracket 29 mounted on a central member 22 of the frame 20. Bolted to the frame 21 is a guide 36, Figs. 2 and 4, which can be reversed in position when it is desired to drill upwardly; a power-cylinder 40 pivoted to the guide 36 serves to move a feed bar 38 and a feed motor 43 serves to feed the drill towards the rock face. The drill, which is preferably pneumatically driven, is guided for reciprocation on the feed bar. The drill rig may be set up with its lower member 76 bolted to a plate 82 embedded in concrete in the rock face and its upper member 75 bolted to the upper rock face; the upper part 51, Fig. 6, of the strut, has a spring-urged spherical pivot 53 engaging an adjustable seat 80 while the lower part 58, Figs. 7 and 8, of the strut engages an adjustable seat 84 and is provided with an arm 62 which can be held in any of two positions 180 degrees apart by a pin 72. To rotate the frame 20 about the strut to any selected position within 180 degrees, the jack 69 is actuated, the cylinder of the jack being connected by one link 66 so as to pivot the jack about a fixed pin 63 mounted on the arm of the strut and by another link 66 to a pin 63 mounted on the lower pivot element 25 of the frame. When it is necessary to use the drill within the remaining 180 degrees, a spur 49 of the feed bar is first brought-by use of the jack 40-into contact with rock face to prevent the frames 20 and 21 from turning so that the pin 72 coupling the strut to its lower seat 84 can be removed, the strut turned through 180 degrees, and then, with the strut in its second position held again by the pin 72 and the spur removed from the rock face, the frame 20 can be driven again by means of the jack 69.
