The rubber stopper can be inserted into the connector aperture of a watertight connection housing (1) so as to hermetically seal a connection holding chamber (2) and has cylindrical body section (11). Several annular sealing protrusions (12) arranged along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body section extend essentially in the peripheral direction. Several strengthening walls (13) are arranged between adjacent annular sealing protrusions and extended in the axial direction of the cylindrical body section.
