The invention relates to a connection element (9) for producing foil (2) with conductor tracks (7). Said connection element comprises a contact strip (13) with spring-loaded contacts and a terminal block (14). The terminal block (14) is pivotably connected to the contact strip (13) by a foil joint (15) and is used to bias the conductor tracks in relation to the spring-loaded contacts. The terminal block (14) thus encompasses the contact strip (13) from the side so that the connection element (9) can be arranged at any point on the conductor foil (2).
