FIELD: equipment for mixing liquid petroleum products of different viscosity combined with dehydration, may be used for preparing preservative oils. SUBSTANCE: mixer has immovable cylindrical housing 1 with closure 2. Tubular oil electric heaters 6 are built in housing wall. Mixer is further provided with impeller 5 mounted in lower part of shaft 3. Blades of impeller 3 are inclined at an angle of 45 deg. Mixing blades 4 are mounted on shaft 3 and faced alternatively with their faces and ridges to plane of rotation. Shaft 3 is mounted on bearings 7. Bottom opening is sealed by self-moving gland 8.
