The invention concerns a dispenser comprising an electric pump (3) connected by a first pipe (5) to a suction joining piece (4) connected to a clean water reservoir (2), and to a delivery joining piece connected to a second pipe (6) connected to an appliance for cleaning floors thus producing a pressurised flow of water between the reservoir and the cleaning appliance. It also comprises a jar (7) containing a cleaning material, closed with a lid (8), and with an outlet spout connected by a suction device (13) to one or the other of said pipes for sucking therein the cleaning material. The invention is characterised in that the spout (9) comprises a manual regulating device (14) for continuously varying the delivery rate of the cleaning material to the suction device (13).
