Integrated microwave circuit operated at preset frequency

The circuit includes a transmission line which is deposited on a semiconductor substrate to function as point line with open end. An earthing line is formed on a piezoelectric substrate. The point line near to the earthing line and a part of the attached part is coupled to the earthing line. The circuit is able to operate at a second frequency different from the first one. Preferably, the connecting part extends along the earthing line, with its portion coupled to the earthing line such that the second frequency is adjusted to the desired level in dependence on the distance between the open and coupling parts.
