FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: gas generator 1, power turbine 2, outer drive units 3 and 4 part and units of plant control system 5 are placed on transportable platform 8 during assembly. Heat shield 11 and antivibrating device 13 are also mounted, after which alignment and testing jobs are connected at the Manufacturing plant and transportable platform 8 with components carried on it is delivered to point of operation and is secured to foundation by means of fastenings 9. During operation of plant, outer drive units 3 and 4 and part of units of control system 5 are located in colder zone, thus enhancing their operational reliability. Operational reliability is also enhanced by antivibrating devices 12. Outer drive units 3 and 4 and part of units of control system 5 are mounted on platform 8 from beneath which makes them accessible which is of great importance for performing scheduled maintenance and repair jobs.
