Disclosed are an emulsifying agent containing a) a salt of a sulfuric acid half-ester of a C9-C15-alcohol, possibly alkoxykated, and b) an alcoxylated C8-C16 alcohol, as well as the use of same for producing aqueous polymer dispersions.
