SUBSTANCE: structural member has connector whose shroud is built into it; hole in connector shroud may be closed with cover provided with locking member to hold it tight on connector shroud. Base plate has axial through slot for passing flat cable. Power conductors in connector shroud used for feeding structural member and flat cable conductors may be interconnected.
