FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: isolated conductors are electrically interconnected and open circuit thus formed is excited by electric field; isolated conductors are formed for adjustable storage of electric charge, electric capacitance and inductance of each isolated conductor is measured, and, while varying capacitance and inductance, inherent oscillation frequency of open electric circuit is matched with excitation frequency of electric field.
