The attachment is profiled to scrape and remove residue from between the ribbed structure of the surface of an oil-fired boiler for which the suction opening is serrated and angled precisely. The nozzle attachment connects to the suction inlet of a vacuum cleaner and terminates in a head angled at 42 deg. to the main body and is provided with teeth to loosen residues set at an angle of 24 deg. to the main body axis.
