The system is installed on a personal computer or other interactive terminal which has a visual display. The user can communicate with the software via a keyboard and/or a mouse, rollerball, lightball, light pen, or "touch screen" display. The operator uses a slide icon (4) to scroll the image left or right across the screen. The process flows from left to right in a logical sequence. The first column (6) is used to select the service required. The next column selects user identification. The next column is used for dialogue. Further columns are used to select modules and sub-modules of information.
