PURPOSE: To make minimum receiving echo numbers necessary to evaluate the blood flow velocity and disturbance accurately, by making uniform spatially single echo signal pair to conduct velocity evaluation. CONSTITUTION: An out put of a ultrasonic wave radiated or received from a tranceducer array 304 to an objectives 308 is input to a space vector processor 326 through a receiver circuit 310, signal multipliers 316, 318 and AID converters 322, 324. The processor 326 equalizes spatially real and imaginary vector signal components of the echo signal to evaluate velocity component, which is added to a digital scan converter 328. And, a digitalized echo signal is added to a digital scan converter 330. Outputs of the digital scan converters 328, 330 are combined at a combiner 336 to transmit to a display and recording device 342 through a video processor 340. |
