Procedure for manufacture of Belleville spring washer

The Belleville spring washer is pre-manufactured so that it has an annular elastic section (5a), and several lever sections (5b) extending radially inwards from the elastic section. One-sided shot-blasting of the outer and inner circumferential areas (12,13) of the elastic section is then carried out so that an annular area of the elastic section remains untreated between these circumferential areas.
