<p>PURPOSE:To seal a simple opening portion by combining the front side tilted face of a pressing body made of shape memory alloy with the back side tilted face of a sheet presser in such a manner that they are capable of freely making sliding contact with each other, and pressing the sheet presser forward by means of heating of the pressing body for reducing its diameter, and opening/closing the opening portion of the apparatus main body by means of a sealing sheet. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a ring-shaped pressing body 9 is reduced by heating the pressing body 9 made of shape memory alloy to temperatures above its transition temperature by a heater 11, and a mechanical force generated at that time is applied to a sheet presser B via the front side tilted face 9b of the pressing body 9 so that the sheet presser B is pressed forwards. A sealing sheet 10 is pressed toward a sheet receiving flange 3 by the sheet presser 8 so that its opening portion 2 is sealed. The temperature of the pressing body 9 is lowered by cutting off electricity transmission to the heater 11, and, when the temperature is lowered to below the transition temperature, the diameter of the pressing body 9 is enlarged so that the mechanical force acting on the pressing body 9 is eliminated. The sealing sheet 10 is thus made moveable, and its through hole 10a is made to agree with its opening portion 2 and then the heater 11 is actuated again so that the opening portion 2 is opened.</p> |
