<p>One aspect of the present invention relates to a connector (44) having first (46) and second (48) plates separated by a resilient connector (50). The first plate (46) has an end (52) that is bent toward the second plate (48). Another aspect of the present invention relates to a connector (60) having first and second plates separated by a resilient spacer (64), the connector being fixedly fastened within a hollow end of a rectangular frame member (32). A further aspect of the present invention relates to a frame that has corner assemblies that are pivotally and telescopically movable between folded and assembled orientations. Still another aspect of the invention relates to a frame having a hinged mounting bracket (38 & 40). The present invention also relates to a method for pivotally and telescopically assembling a frame, a method for self-aligning a hooked bracket on a frame, and a method for assembling a bridge between support structures by prespacing the support structures with a light bar (148).</p> |
