<p>A simply structured meter-in flow rate control valve is used to supply pressure oil to first and second chambers of a hydraulic actuator. A meter-in flow rate control valve (1) for establishing or intercepting communication of a pump port with an outlet port (12); first and second load check valves (2, 3) communicating with the outlet port (12); and a meter-out flow rate control valve (4) for communication of one of first and second actuator ports (72, 74) on the output side of the first and second load check valves (2, 3) with a tank port (71) are provided. The first load check valve (2) and the second load check valve (3) can be kept in a closed state by pressure oil. This structure, enables, in spite of the simple structure in which the meter-in flow rate control valve (1) establishes or intercepts communication of the outlet port (12) with the pump port, pressure oil to be supplied from the first or second actuator port (72, 74) to a first chamber (99a) and a second chamber (99b) of a hydraulic actuator (99).</p> |
