FIELD: valving manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing 1 with inlet 7 and outlet 3 passages and seat 6. When the valve is closing, cone- shaped valving member 4 secured to the rod 2 moves to the seat and contacts with it by its circular flexible member 5 . Flexible member 5 is flexibly deformed. The stop member is provided with a supporting surface for the circular flexible member. The generatrix of conical sealing surface of member 5 and the rod axis are at an acute or obtuse angle. The minimal acute angle is 6°, whereas the maximal obtuse angle is 174°. Besides, the circular flexible member is made up as an individual part. EFFECT: enhanced pressure tightness. 2 cl, 4 dwgt
