<p>The invention relates to production methods and devices for food products, especially, to groats production from various crop cultures. It might be used in the food industry, for getting products in small amounts.Goal of invention - to create a groats grinding mill. The goal is reached in equipment where the crop grinding proceeds with the cutting edges of elements, located on different mutually conjugated surfaces. For this reason the equipment contains movable (2) and immovable (4) discs (fig. 1), which are located on one axle, and on the discs' opposite surfaces are located congruent sprocket sections (6), on them deep of turning (7) enlarges in the direction of edge to centre (fig. 3).<IMAGE></p> |
